Taizhou Wanfu Pharmacy Co., Ltd. was founded in 1956. Its predecessor is Xianju Grain & Cooking Oil Chemical Plant, which first operated and processed plant fat and oil and then began to produce raw medicine: inositol. Through the three-stage reform, the output of the inositol production line has been gradually increased from 40 tons per year to 300 tons per year. The plant has become one of largest manufacturer of inositol in the country. In order to cater for the development of market economy, the people's government of Xianju issued Xian-Zheng-Fa No.[2001]214 official ***uments to approve on its reform at the end of 2001. By January of 2002, Taizhou Wanfu Pharmacy Co., Ltd. had been established according to the modern enterprise system. The co***ny is a private limited co***ny with registered capital of RMB 3.19 million yuan.
